Founded in 1977 as a nonprofit corporation, BayPath has over thirty years experience serving and advocating for the needs of older citizens. BayPath is a designated Massachusetts Area Agency on Aging and one of 26 Massachusetts Aging Services Access Points. BayPath is dedicated to being a trusted partner, who provides an array of services and programs to: - Older adults who require support to maintain their independence - Caregivers who may require training and assistance - The LGBT Community by advocacy and education and by providing a safe space to be yourself - Individuals under 60 who require assistance with activities of daily living - Residents of Massachusetts who meet eligibility requirements of our programs BayPath serves the following MetroWest communities: Ashland, Dover, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlborough, Natick, Northborough, Sherborn, Southborough, Sudbury, Wayland, and Westborough.
