Prairie Winds Of Urbana

The community, which is designed to serve adults 65 and older who need some help to maintain their independence, is located just east of Colorado and Philo, near the Stone Creek Golf Course in Urbana. The community opened in 2007 and is managed by Gardant Management Solutions, the largest provider of affordable assisted living in Illinois. Fully certified to operate through the Illinois Supportive Living Program, Prairie Winds of Urbana serves seniors of all income levels. The community especially benefits Seniors who cannot afford private pay assisted living. In addition to the assisted lifestyle community, a neighborhood of duplex homes for adults 55 and better is located on the three-acre campus.
