Penn State Career Services assists students of all academic programs and class years with identifying and achieving their individual career goals. We welcome all students and embrace opportunities to collaborate with employers, graduate and professional schools, faculty and staff, and student organizations, as well as parents and alumni in order to provide the highest quality of service to our students. Our dedicated staff look to facilitate the connection between Penn State students and future employers, graduate and professional schools, and networking contacts. We seek to strengthen the relationship between our employers and students across all academic colleges and commonwealth campuses. Career Services is committed to offering a comprehensive array of programs and services that supports and facilitates career development for all students. Programs and resources are provided to assist students and alumni in specifying career goals, expanding knowledge of career alternatives, understanding effective decision making, and acquiring appropriate strategies and skills to carry out the process.
