Loyalty Automotive is a growing family of auto dealerships that has served the Richmond area since 2004. In 2019, we changed our name to better reflect what we’re all about: Loyalty. To our customers, our employees and our community. Today, we operate five new car dealerships -- Loyalty Nissan, Loyalty Toyota, Loyalty Volkswagen, Loyalty Chevrolet and Loyalty Cadillac - and four high-volume collision repair centers in Williamsburg, Petersburg, Chester and in Richmond’s West End.
