Longleaf Capital Partners, LLC (Longleaf) was formed in 2010 for the purpose of seeking and acquiring operating companies in the southeast. Longleaf's goal is to generate returns through the successful long term management of an acquired business. Longleaf actively targets businesses located within Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia generating between $0.5M to $2.0M in EBITDA. We will evaluate all business models, but prefer companies that have demonstrated stable positive cash flow serving traditional markets. Longleaf was formed by two business professionals (Partners). The Partners' search capabilities and investment expertise provide a platform to react quickly to prospective opportunities and move efficiently through the due diligence process. Post acquisition, we plan on being responsible stewards of the business and its employees leveraging our sales & marketing and operations & finance backgrounds to successfully manage the business.
