Leavitt Equity Partners (LEP) is a value-add, health care focused private equity fund. Founded in the Fall of 2014, LEP manages over $230 million in capital across two funds, raised primarily from strategic health care limited partners. We seek to invest capital into growth and lower mid-market opportunities that align with our core beliefs about the future of health care. We partner and invest minority positions alongside respected growth and private equity funds. We seek to add value to portfolio companies and private equity funds by leveraging our relationships, experience, data analytics, and research. More specifically, we have helped our portfolio companies and partner funds analyze and target strategic markets, understand reimbursement changes and trends, and navigate the transition from fee-for-service to value-based care.
