Established in late 2007, Futureboard Consulting is a fast-growing independent recruitment company. Set up when the world started to suffer from a devastating global financial meltdown, we rethought the recruitment rule book and committed to growing a new type of recruitment business: one based on the premise of delivering in partnership with clients in a personalised, consultative way. We wanted to put our client's brands first and create a lasting legacy for each of our clients by moving away from the pushy, cold calling, transactional style of recruitment that had gone before. Futureboard Consulting now boasts several specialist recruitment businesses covering a broad range of industry sectors across a global client base, with offices in London and New York.
