Dermacyte Switzerland has the license to promote and distribute DERMACYTE, a cosmetic product by Oxygen Biotherapeutics Inc. in the EU and Russia. Dermacyte® uses Oxygen Biotherapeutics’ unique, patented oxycyte technology as an oxygen carrier scientifically designed to enhance O2 delivery to oxygen-deprived skin tissue. This technology has the unique ability to sequester atmospheric molecular oxygen for delivery. Low oxygen levels affect the body’s ability to make collagen, which provides structural support to the skin. Oxygen assists with skin repair, skin regeneration, and with the production of elastin and collagen. The lack of oxygen at the cellular level can cause skin to age prematurely, increasing the appearance of fine lines and age spots, making your skin look dull and dry. The Dermacyte skin care line provides oxygen when applied to skin without using harsh hydrogen peroxide reactions, known to dry and bleach skin. Dermacyte Switzerland Ltd was founded in December 2010 and targets to start commercial operation via a web-shop in May 2011.
