Come as you are to the sanctuary of Blooming Life Yoga Studio located in Zionsville, IN. Established in 2015, we are a philosophy-based studio which honors the ancient Yoga Tradition through embodiment practices of breath, movement, visualization, intention, and universal yogic philosophy. Our safe, nurturing and beautiful studio welcomes all people to come as they are! Blooming Life's diverse teachers represent all ages and backgrounds and hold the unifying passion for preserving the Yoga Tradition and at the same time making it accessible and recognizable in everyday life. Daily, we welcome new students and embrace the vibe of all curious and open-hearted people. We value beauty through diversity in religion, sexual orientation, and physical abilities. All are welcome. Blooming Life has a wide variety of classes both in-studio and livestream to meet your needs - mental, physical, emotional or spiritual. Blooming Life is a Yoga Alliance leader in certified yoga schools with our celebrated holistic 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Philosophy Series. We also have a variety of monthly health and wellness workshops, live music and community events. Meet the Owner - Kristen Barfield, RN-BSN, RYT 200 Hr Love-Practice-Growth-Community - this is what Blooming Life means to me. I walked into the studio before it officially opened in 2015 and I have been here ever since! Starting as a student, then becoming a teacher and now owner of Blooming Life, I feel I have truly come full circle. We are a true family at BLY, supporting and holding space for each other . My purpose and joy is to not only preserve Yoga’s history but to share its physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits with as many people as I can.
