Aussie Food To You is a new company founded by Peter Askew, Managing Director of Beyond Business Connections. Our vision is to create the world’s best electronic farmers’ market in which the consumer buys direct from Australian farmers in a true paddock-to-plate transaction. With one small change to our shopping habits, our primary producers can make it through the droughts, floods and bushfires. We want to work with Aussie farmers to get their meat direct to you - cutting out the middle man. So many people tell us that they want to support Aussie farmers - well here is a definite way to prove that people are willing to do it. If we can show our farmers that Australia wants to back them, we can build an electronic farmer's market that will allow you to access premium meat direct from the farmer in a true paddock-to-plate transaction. Our platform will give Australian farmers the capability to build their own regional brands, yet have access to customers from all over Australia, and eventually Asia.
