The Wellness Tree Community Clinic believes all humans should be able to get the healthcare and medications they need to heal, survive and thrive. Taking care of people in our community is not only our mission, but our passion. We provide Basic Medical Care, Dental Care, Hearing Evaluation, Vision Care, Diabetic Care, Mental Health Care, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, Medications and more at ZERO cost. To qualify for care patients must be uninsured or under insured for the care they need and have incomes below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. All providers are licensed professionals and volunteer their time to care of the people in their community.
