The Virginia Highlands Small Business Incubator is an economic development facility created jointly by the Town of Abingdon and Washington County, VA. The purpose of this facility is to assist start-up businesses as well as businesses looking to expand in Washington County, VA. Our facility and on-site personnel offer tenants access to multiple business necessities such as – receptionist, offices/office suites, conference/training rooms, manufacturing bays as well as networking opportunities. Our services also include access to printers and copiers, fax machines, wireless internet, VoIP phone systems, and free on-site presentations on how to improve your business.
