Taxim Capital is a Turkey focused mid-market private equity firm specializing in growth capital investments and shareholder/management buyouts. Taxim Capital brings nearly 150 years of proven experience in private equity investments, investment banking, management consulting and operations with strong international backgrounds and domestic networks. We invest in medium size/lower mid-cap companies with enterprise values in the range of EUR 10 to EUR 100 million, making investments in the range of EUR 5 to EUR 30 million per company. Our target sectors of focus are niche and export oriented manufacturing, consumer goods, food and beverage, retail, business services, healthcare, software, and technology. Our investors are leading global institutions such as International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), European Investment Fund (EIF), Turkish Growth and Innovation Fund (TGIF), Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft (DEG), a member of KfW and Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden (FMO); as well as major family investment offices in the EU, United Kingdom, and Turkey.
