Smokey Stax BBQ Catering

Smokey Stax BBQ is an on-site, authentic pit-smoked BBQ caterer located in Hingham, Massachusetts. We bring our 22 foot competition quality custom built catering rig directly to your event or workplace where our pit-master will prepare and slowly pit smoke, roast, grill and wood-fire everything on-site from start to finish. Our pit can hold over 900 lbs. of meat, capable of serving up to 2000 people at a time. Smokey Stax BBQ serves up traditional style, authentic, fresh-from-the-pit BBQ fare such as slow smoked jumbo pork spare ribs, BBQ beef brisket, juicy pulled pork, BBQ smoked whole chickens, whole-hog roasts, and much more; as well as traditional sides including homemade macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, cornbread and customer favorite - fire-grilled corn on the cob with our signature BBQ butter.
