Queen City BBQ is the third full service restaurnat concept from The Bayou Boys Hospitality Group. QCB is all about BBQ and they have great respect for those areas well known for their BBQ, but they are waiving the flag for Allentown, Pennsylvania. All meats are smoked on premise and all sides are made in house.
