To guide you through your journey, I am down-to-earth and foster a safe place to feel understood and connected. I provide you guidance to assist you to process your concerns, improve skills, and develop coping strategies to help you overcome the issues that are holding you back. I also incorporate physical, mental and spiritual awareness to increase overall health and a lasting sense of well being. I have experience working with individuals at various life stages including children, adolescents, teens, adults and seniors. I have worked with families going through life adjustments including traditional families, single parent families, blended families, multigenerational families, grandparents raising grandchildren and family members caring for an elder. I have assisted families with end-of-life issues, grief and loss. I am culturally sensitive and spiritually aware.
