Then you should visit NJOY SPIRITS DISTILLERY, a Heart-of-Florida's maker of Gold Award-winning 100-Proof 100%-Rye "Wild Buck Whiskey", Gold Award-winning 100-Proof Sugar Cane "Mermaid Rum", and 150 Proof "Ryes In Shine" Moonshine. We have a beer garden bar (which also serves food), a distillery barn, and cleared land on our 80-acre ranch, Goff Ranch. The cleared land is where we grow Sugar Cane for our Award-winning 100-Proof "Mermaid Rum" and the Rye for our Award-winning 100-Proof "Wild Buck Whiskey" and 150-Proof "Ryes In Shine" Moonshine. The Gift Shop has Wild Buck Whiskey, Mermaid Rum, "Ryes-In-Shine" Moonshine bottles for purchase, along with T-shirts, local-made products, whiskey glasses, and freshly baked goodies (made daily). Fresh honey from our beehives is available for sale. Leashed dogs allowed. Kids are welcome, but they can't be in the tasting room or at the bar. Owners Natalie & Kevin Goff run the day-to-day operation. We are open to the public year-round on Saturday & Sunday, 11-6. $8 tours (adults only; ticket credited towards any bottle purchase) start every 20 minutes. The last tour begins at 5:30 pm. We are closed Monday through Friday to the public to do our award-winning Whiskey, Rum, and Moonshine work. Concerts on their outdoor stage occur in the fall. Tickets are ~$20 and quickly sell out.
