NELSON DERMATOLOGY, PLLC is a medical practice company based out ofManassas, Virginia. We specialize in pediatric, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Our particular interests include severe systemic diseases affecting the skin; keloids and scarring; hair restoration; and diseases commonly seen in skin of color. We sell several skin care lines for aging and acne patients; offer laser services; and injectable cosmetics like Botox. Last year we added Allergy services to our practice. Overall, we are a family community focused practice. Due to our commitment to serving all ethnic groups, half of my staff are native Spanish speakers. In addition, Dr Nelson takes Inpatient and Emergency room Call for skin consultations at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. It has been a true pleasure serving the skin care needs of Northern Virginians for the past 10 years.
