Microbial Induced Corrosion: DNA based molecular microbiological methods (MMM) for accurate and comprehensive quantification of microorganisms responsible for MIC such as sulfate reducing bacteria and methanogens. Microbial Source Tracking: Quantify host associated biomarkers such as HF183 to identify sources of fecal pollution.
