Local Babysitters is a platform helping connect parents with babysitters in their personal network. We’re turning ‘phoning a friend’ into something you can actually see and act on by giving babysitting the update it has been begging for in an app. Our recipe combines a little bit of LinkedIn, a dash of Uber and a hint of Etsy to bring you THE solution for all your babysitting needs of today. We are making sure to keep the element of community and human touch by showing you babysitters in your neighbourhood. Never again feel like you have to safeguard your babysitter's phone number in a vault protected by lasers, three-headed dogs, and spells. Our platform will help to give you that village everyone keeps talking about. If your sitter isn't available, someone else you know has one to share. Let's be there for each other in our lonely world. With our app in development, we can’t wait to share it with you as soon as the last line of code has been written.
