Le fournil Bakery is a European-inspired bakery with a Canadian flair located in Canmore, a west drive from Calgary and a few minutes away from the entry to Banff National Park. With over 10 years of activity, we feature a take-out-only space with daily fresh artisan bread and baguettes, viennoiseries - croissants and danishes, and a great assortment of seasonally inspired entremet-style cakes. The space also has an épicerie where you can find local and international gourmet products for your baking and cooking.
