Jester Concepts, launched in 2008 by Brent Frederick and Jacob Toledo (JT) is a Minnesota owned hospitality-company, specializing in creating unique restaurant concepts that provide a high quality experience in food, service and atmosphere. As a local, independent company we have extensive knowledge of the industry, the market, and the community. We pride ourselves on discovering ideal locations for which we are able to create unique concepts that fit each location and neighborhood.
