We recently completed a collaborative project at a major food site which identified an opportunity to reduce energy costs by an astonishing 41%. This was only possible through the use of an innovative methodology called Energy Catalyst which provides an intimate knowledge and understanding of how and where energy is being used throughout a site and most importantly how and where it can be reduced. At the Global Power Systems Manufacturer we have helped them to reduce their UK energy consumption by 29.6% since 2004 and continue to work with them on energy reduction opportunities and effecting behavioral change across their energy intensive UK sites. We recognise the resource and time constraints facing many businesses today and have the expertise and experience to provide help when and where it is needed from opportunity identification through to implementation and evaluation. Our industry knowledge, practical ‘hands on’ operational experience and our innovative approach to meeting clients’ needs has led us to develop our own unique software tools and methodology, Energy Initiator® and Energy Activator®. Both these tools have been specifically designed to meet the energy efficiency challenges of manufacturing industries.
