Dr. Jonathan Hale received his DDS from Indiana University. After graduation, he practiced in Zephyrhills, FL before returning home to Ft. Wayne, IN. State Blvd. next to Mike's Carwash at the intersection of Coliseum Blvd. Dr. Jonathan Hale became a dentist because of the issues he faced as a child. Dr. Hale’s permanent teeth didn’t develop properly, leading to many hours in the dental chair. He has 13 fake teeth in his mouth right now. The experiences he had as a child made him want to care for others and become a dentist in Fort Wayne, his hometown.
