HVAC Technical Institute

HVAC Technical Institute is a minority owned trade school located in Chicago Illinois. HVAC Technical Institute’s doors opened in 1994 and graduated 35 students. Our goal as a heating and air conditioning school was and always will be to prepare men and women using hands-on training to increase their worth in the HVAC workplace. Over the years, HVAC Technical Institute has certified 175 students a year and continues to improve the quality of service technicians in the Chicagoland area. At HVAC Technical Institute, the emphasis is “hands-on” training. To this end, our facility of 17,500 square feet is compromised of 7,500 square feet of classroom and office area, and over 10,000 square feet of lab and shop area. At the completion of the training, students will receive a certificate of completion along with an EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) section 608 universal license and an R-410A safety certification license.
