Daddy Pete’s BBQ, LLC, is a mobile concession trailer owned and operated by Cory & Tarra Davis, focusing on providing delicious, Southern, Slow-smoked meats basted with a sweet, finger-lickin’ BBQ sauce. We believe in presenting ourselves professionally and supplying customers with outstanding service & hospitality, so they feel confident and motivated to recommend us to their network of family, friends and colleagues. Daddy Pete’s BBQ offers a limited selection of traditional southern favorites with a unique slow-smoked flavor. While complimentary side dishes are available, the star of the party is the slow-smoked meats. A significant majority of Daddy Pete’s menu consists of locally sourced ingredients which are prepared fresh, daily, in its on-board commercial kitchen and rotisserie smoker.
