Crestwood Workers Care - Occupational Medicine

Crestwood Workers Care has provided comprehensive occupational health services to businesses and industries across North Alabama since 2014. We have providers certified to perform DOT Physicals, a USCIS Civil Surgeon providing Immigration Physicals, as well as specialization in preparing DOD contractors for deployment through CRC. If your company requires an OSHA-mandated exam or clearance, we can provide it for your employees in a timely manner. We routinely perform audiograms, spirometry, respirator fit testing, x-rays, Titmus vision screening and nerve conduction screening, allowing us to provide "one stop shopping" for your convenience. After-hours injury care is managed by our hospital, Crestwood Medical Center. We operate an on-call after-hours drug & alcohol program until 11pm on weeknights, and 7:30am-11:00pm on Saturday & Sunday.
