Core Total Fitness is a private personal training studio located in San Carlos, CA. Here at Core Total Fitness, we specialize in corporate boot camps geared towards creating a fit and fun environment for your employees. Our mobile TRX van can conveniently meet you at your workplace and comes fully equipped with TRX bands, foam rollers, jump ropes, medicine balls, you name it! Our goal is to bring the gym to you and your employees. Each class can accommodate up to 16 people and is designed to offer a combination between strength training, cardio, and flexibility in order to give you the best, most effective workout! Our trainers are enthusiastic, professional, and inspire our clients to lead a healthy life. Not only do we encourage healthy exercise but we also encourage a healthy diet. That's why we also provide nutrition counseling in order to help each client build healthy eating habits for the rest of their life! During a nutrition consultation, our registered dietician will review your lifestyle habits, health concerns, and provide advice and strategies on how to build healthy eating habits. In addition to nutrition counseling we also offer a meal prep service prepared by our own personal chef. Both our registered dietitian and our gourmet chef work together to create healthy, homemade meals.
