We deliver automated powder coating services for parts up to 48"w x 72"h x 360" lg and up to 2000 lbs. We can apply single or primer and top coat applications. We use a 5 stage pretreatment automatic washer and also can offer sand blasting services and batch systems for smaller or odd sized jobs. We are a subsidiary of HyFlex Corporation who is a contract manufacturer and can offer sheet metal fabrication services for your project that include laser cutting, forming, rolling, automated panel bending, manual, cobot, and full robotic welding with manipulators, cnc turning, vertical machining, and assembly.
